Podere Nocciolo is located in the province of Pisa, in the municipality of Montecatini Val di Cecina, on the side of the medieval village of the Querceto Castle that faces the sea.

Podere Nocciolo dominates from above the land of wich it is part, some 45 hectares with a large area given over to the cultivation of hazelnut trees, whose fruit, the hazelnut, has become the farmhouse’s symbol.

The location is on top of the hill, facing the South with a view stretching from the Querceto Castle to the characteristic village of La Sassa, small communities that characterise these areas on the border between the Val di Cecina and Val di Cornia.
